The NVH 200 is a PLC-controlled, high-efficiency cheese forming machine designed for continuous operation. With 5 standard molds, it produces ball cheese (3-5g), 6-strand rope braid, stick, tongue and string cheese. Full AISI 304 stainless steel body and certified bacteria-free special helicoidal material ensure complete compliance with hygiene standards. 2-year NOVTECH warranty included.
